Once you have joined Print Fundraising’s Learn & Earn program, we send you links to a few different websites. We know we throw a lot of information at new chapters at the beginning, so we want to help you better understand how our business is organized.
Print Fundraising is the new, sister brand of Print Phase, which has been in business for 7 years. Both companies are owned and managed by DECA alumni. Print Phase built the Print Fundraising brand to specifically cater to the wants and needs of DECA advisors and students. We know the needs of a school are much different from the needs of a business, so we created a brand and many support tools to help our school-based clients be in the best possible position for success. Print Fundraising’s goal is to eventually offer a scholarship, sponsor competitions, and even develop a social network where DECA advisors and students can share ideas, experiences, and more. We believe in the value of DECA, and in the potential of its students. Also, we want to help further business education largely because of our own experiences within DECA.
Now let us go over the different websites, and when you will use each one. There are actually three different websites that you will use to purchase transfers, blank products, and access our education materials. Unfortunately, each website will have a different login, but each website simply has so much content that they must be broken up. Print Fundraising will assign you a username for each website and then you can change the initial password after you have logged in.
1. Ordering Transfers: PrintPhase.com
This first website we will talk about is PrintPhase.com. This is where you order transfers, supplies, and outsource any other decoration methods that you might need. You will primarily use the “Screenprint Transfer” section. In this section, you can view everything related to screenprint transfers, including pricing, ink colors, printing help, and much more.
2. Ordering Blank Apparel: Store.PrintPhase.com
The second website is our Blank Product Store, Store.PrintPhase.com. This is where you can order blank apparel, and you will also have access to many marketing and support tools. You must be logged into the website to view pricing and place orders.
Once you are logged into the website, you can add products to your cart from the Unisex, Ladies & Juniors, Youth, and Accessories pages. Once you have added the products to your cart and are ready to check out, you will have two options when it comes to payment. You can pay with Paypal, credit card, or use your Net 30 account terms which will allow your school to pay by check within 30 days of purchase.
To take advantage of your account’s Net 30 terms and write a check, simply select the "Add to Account" option in step 3 of the checkout process. If you check this box, the purchase will go onto your account and you will have Net 30 to pay the invoice. Print Fundraising tries to be patient when it comes to payment, as we know it can be difficult to get the district office to cut a check. Then, on step 4, simply hit the "Complete Your Order" button to finalize the order.
The Store.PrintPhase.com website also features many support and marketing tools that can be extremely helpful to your chapter. The tools that Print Fundraising has created will help you better understand the industry, products, and how to print using screen print transfers. We will continue to release new content and share any information that we feel might be beneficial to your chapter as time goes on.
3. Accessing Curriculum: Drive.Google.com
The last resource that you will be using is our education curriculum, which is hosted and shared through Google Drive. Print Fundraising uses Google Drive because it can be accessed almost anywhere, and it is easy for us to update. Once the content has been shared with your chapter, you can access our curriculum on Starting, Managing, and Marketing a Decoration Business, Running an SBE Decoration Business, and our Entrepreneurship Guide. Each topic not only comes with the stated curriculum, but with PowerPoints, quizzes, videos, and vocabulary flashcards.
We hope this will help make things a little clearer, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
